  • The apartment is just above the coastal footpath, which leads to sandy beaches and rock coves just minutes away.
  • The pretty village of Borth-y-Gest is just 5 minutes away where there is a shop, tearoom and seasonal restaurant.
  • The harbour town of Porthmadog is a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes by car where you can enjoy the steam trains of the Ffestiniog Railway, shops and restaurants.
  • Harlech (10 miles) has a good selection of shops and eating-places, a theatre, leisure centre and golf course. Harlech Castle, perched high on a cliff top, has fantastic views. Pony trekking and slate caverns are nearby.
  • Snowdon and other lofty peaks of the Snowdonia National Park are only 10 miles inland for touring and walking trips.
  • The intriguing Italianate styled village of Portmeirion is tucked away just around the headland where you can stroll through the buildings and gardens.
  • Criccieth (5 miles) is a quiet seaside town with 2 beaches and a Castle.
